Delete from the app
Open Profile → Settings & privacy → Delete my account. When your request is accepted, new activity stops, sessions are removed and saved social access is disabled. Eligible profile, post, message and media data is removed or pseudonymized by the deletion process. Unresolved historical transactions may delay cleanup. Reported messages and limited financial, moderation and audit records may be retained for safety, reconciliation, disputes and legal obligations. Backups and provider-held copies may have separate retention cycles.
Cannot access the app?
Contact info@cerebrix.dev for support, privacy requests, abuse reports, moderation appeals or concerns about an account belonging to someone under 18. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial information in your initial message. Account ownership may need to be verified before private information is disclosed or deleted.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting an account or uninstalling Conect2Tech does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the relevant store's subscription settings. Content already shared to another service must be managed there.
